Refund & Exchange Policy

FLE Academy

At FLE Academy, we aim to provide high-quality educational content and a positive learning experience. Please read our Refund & Exchange Policy carefully before making any purchase.


1. Digital Products & Online Courses

All courses, memberships, and digital materials provided by FLE Academy are digital and instantly accessible upon payment.

Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be issued once:

    • Course access has been granted

    • Digital content has been downloaded or viewed

    • Community or membership access is activated

This is due to the nature of digital products, which cannot be “returned” once delivered.


2. Eligible Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment made by mistake

  • Technical issue from our side preventing access to the course for more than 72 hours

  • Payment processed incorrectly due to system error

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.


3. Exchange Policy

FLE Academy does not offer exchanges for:

  • Online courses

  • Digital downloads

  • Memberships or subscriptions

However, at our discretion, we may allow:

  • Course access replacement

  • Account credit

  • Upgrade/downgrade to another course

Such decisions are handled case by case and are not guaranteed.


4. Subscription & Membership Payments

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period starts

  • Canceling a subscription will prevent future charges but does not refund the current period

  • Access will remain active until the end of the paid period


5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting FLE Academy first may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of your account

  • Revocation of course and community access

We strongly encourage contacting our support team to resolve issues quickly and fairly.


6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (if eligible), please contact us with:

  • Full name

  • Registered email address

  • Order ID or payment receipt

  • Reason for the request

7. Policy Updates

FLE Academy reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time.
Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
